Coach Juan motivates you to work hard in each session. He expects you put in effort every day, but he also makes sure you have fun while you do it. He is patient, and breaks things down step by step.I recommend training with Coach Juan to people of all fitness and experience levels.

Juan is a great coach and a really fun person to be aroundd. Not only did he completely changed the intensity of my workouts. In a few lessons he taught me the fundamentals of boxing, drills to train on my own, and how to lift. He was an incredible resource to me and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get into the sport or get taken to the next level.

Juan is the best! I have a health issue that limits exercise and he was very understanding, and created a routine that worked for me. He made each workout challenging, but fun, and I always looked forward to our 1 on 1 sessions. He has a very positive attitude and is a great motivator, so if you’ve struggled with motivating yourself to exercise, as I have, Juan would be a perfect fit.

When I was in New York for a month visiting from California, I was able to work with Coach Juan -- and I'm so glad! I didn't miss a beat when it comes to my usual boxing workout. In fact, I became a better boxer, became more self-aware of my weaknesses, and - of course - became very very fit! Thanks Juan!

Juan is a great boxing coach and motivator! I tried a few boxing fitness instructors around new york but never quite found the motivation to stick to it until I started with Juan and I am very happy with my improvement.. even surprised by my own commitment to staying fit! He listens to your individual health/fitness needs and makes sure to cater your workout to align with those goals even in group classes. If you are interested in exploring boxing either as a beginner or experienced looking to advance I would highly recommend Juan. He focuses on fundamental basics to make sure you have a great foundation and then helps push you to be at your best by gradually adding in complex drills to improve technique. Highly recommended!

Along with being GREAT at his job, Juan is such an encouraging and positive trainer! He helped me come back from major knee surgery, always changing routines up to meet me where I was at. He focused on technique and form and completely changed the way I approached boxing. He is truly the best. I can’t recommend him highly enough!
