Remote Boxing Program

Online Boxing Coaching — Train With Coach Juan From Anywhere

Online boxing coaching with Boxing Coach Juan

Real boxing coaching. Structured training. Personalized feedback — wherever you live.

You don’t have to live in Brooklyn to train through my system.

Maybe you already train at a boxing gym but you’re not getting the individual attention you need.

Maybe you’re learning on your own and you’re tired of wondering whether you’re actually doing things correctly.

Or maybe you have somewhere to train and the equipment you need, but what you’re missing is a coach and a structured plan.

That’s what my Remote Boxing Program is for.

You do the training where you are. I coach what I see.

You’re remote. The coaching isn’t.

This Is Real Coaching — Not Just a Workout Program

You’re not getting a list of exercises and being left on your own.

You train. You record your work. I review it, correct it, and help you progress.

I use your training videos to see how you’re moving, how you’re punching, what you’re doing correctly, and where your technique is breaking down.

Then I give you specific corrections so you know what needs work and what to focus on next.

For example, you may think you’re rotating your hip when you punch.

But your video might show me that you’re mostly reaching with your arm.

Or maybe your hip is rotating, but you’re losing your balance.

Or the hip is moving, but your shoulder and torso aren’t properly following it.

That’s where having somebody actually watch your training matters.

This isn’t random fitness boxing. This is real boxing training with a real system.

See How Remote Coaching Works

Remote coaching means I can see your training, identify what needs work, and coach your progression from wherever you live.

How Remote Boxing Coaching Works

1. I Give You the Work

You follow the boxing and physical preparation work appropriate for your current level and development.

2. You Train Where You Are

You don’t need to be standing in Gleason’s Gym with me. You do the work where you have access to the space and equipment your training requires.

3. You Record the Movements I Need to See

You record the important parts of your training so I’m not guessing about what you’re doing.

4. You Send Me Your Footage

I review how you’re moving, punching, and performing the training.

5. I Coach What I See

I identify technical problems, explain what needs to change, and give you specific corrections.

6. You Apply the Corrections

You take what we’ve identified and work on improving it in your training.

7. The Training Progresses With You

As your technique, strength, and athletic ability develop, the training progresses with you.

First, I Teach You the Mechanics

Before we start worrying about how hard you can punch, we need to look at how you’re producing the punch.

One of the biggest problems I see is people trying to create punching power with their arms.

Body leads. Arms follow.

I teach the punch as a coordinated sequence through the body:

Weight Shift / Hip Joint Abduction → Hip Rotation → Shoulder & Torso Rotation → Arm Delivery → Contact & Follow-Through → Recovery

Your arms deliver the punch, but the punch doesn’t begin with your arms.

You don’t punch with your arms.

When you send me training footage, these are the kinds of movements I’m looking at.

I’m not just counting how many punches you’re throwing.

I’m looking at how you’re producing them.

Here’s What Those Mechanics Look Like

Weight shift → hip rotation → shoulder/torso rotation. The body leads the punch.

Then We Strengthen What You’re Learning

Learning the mechanics is the first step.

Then we need to build the physical foundation that supports what you’re learning.

This is where general strength work comes into the system.

One method I use is 1×20 training.

The purpose isn’t to collect exercises just for the sake of doing more exercises.

We’re building a general strength foundation that prepares your body for the work that comes later.

Here’s What Some of That General Strength Work Looks Like

A quick look at 17 exercises used in a 1×20 general strength session.

That video isn’t there so you can copy 17 exercises and call it a program.

It’s showing you what one part of the progression can look like.

As the foundation develops, the strength work can become increasingly specialized around the movements and joint actions we’re trying to improve.

That’s an important part of my coaching system.

I don’t want your boxing technique going in one direction while your strength training is a completely unrelated collection of exercises.

The strength work should support what we’re trying to develop in the boxer.

Technique first. Then strengthen it.

Then the Strength Work Becomes More Specialized

General strength is the foundation. It isn’t the end of the progression.

As you develop, we can begin strengthening the specific joint actions and movement patterns that contribute to your boxing.

That means the training becomes more specific as you earn the need for more specific work.

We don’t skip the foundation just because a more advanced exercise looks impressive.

Each stage should prepare you for the next one.

Much Later, We Can Express It Explosively

This is where I want to be very clear.

Explosive training is not where I start a beginner.

People see explosive drills online because they’re exciting to watch.

But seeing an explosive exercise doesn’t show you everything that had to be developed before that exercise made sense.

Depending on the individual, serious explosive work can come around a year into the progression.

Before that, we need something worth expressing explosively.

Technique.

General strength.

Specialized strength.

Then, much farther down the road, we can increasingly focus on expressing those developed qualities explosively.

Here’s What Training Farther Down the Road Can Look Like

Explosive work comes later in the progression. It isn’t where a beginner starts.

Technique + Strengthened Technique + Strengthened Technique performed Explosively = Explosive Power.

That’s the progression.

Technique first. Then strengthen it. Then express it explosively.

Not random exercises.

Not whatever drill happens to look impressive online.

Power is built through structure, not random drills.

Conditioning Supports the System

Conditioning matters too.

But conditioning isn’t a replacement for learning how to box.

The goal is to build your ability to continue performing your skills when fatigue starts setting in.

Technique, strength, explosive development, and conditioning all have a place.

The important part is putting them in the right order for your development.

That’s What You’re Paying Me to Coach

Remote coaching isn’t just me watching you hit a heavy bag.

I’m coaching your development through a system.

Your technique tells us what needs work. Your training strengthens what we’re developing. Your videos let me see whether it’s actually happening. Your progression helps determine what comes next.

Who Is Remote Coaching For?

Remote coaching may be a good fit if:

  • You want to learn real boxing but can’t train with me in Brooklyn.
  • You already box but want more individualized technical feedback.
  • You have somewhere to train but don’t have the coaching or structure you’re looking for.
  • You want somebody to analyze what you’re actually doing instead of leaving you to guess.
  • You want strength training that supports your boxing development.
  • You want a progression instead of random workouts and random boxing drills.
  • You’re willing to train consistently, record your work, and apply corrections.

You don’t have to be an experienced boxer.

The system meets you where you are and progresses from there.

Remote Coaching Isn’t for Everybody

I also want to be clear about who this isn’t for.

If you’re looking for a library of workouts you can occasionally follow whenever you feel like training, you don’t need full remote coaching.

If you don’t want to record your work or receive corrections, you don’t need full remote coaching.

And if you’re not ready to commit to the process yet, that’s okay too.

That’s exactly why I have the Fighter’s Foundation Blueprint.

Not Ready for $310/Month? Start Here.

Start where I would want you to start anyway.

The Fighter’s Foundation Blueprint gives you the first 4–6 weeks of the foundation so you can begin learning how I teach before deciding whether full remote coaching makes sense for you.

Train With Boxing Coach Juan

2× NY Daily News Golden Gloves Champion • National Golden Gloves Bronze Medalist • Undefeated Professional Boxer

I built my coaching system around real boxing experience, biomechanics, strength development, explosive training, and conditioning.

The goal isn’t to throw more exercises at you.

The goal is to identify what you need, build it in the correct order, and make each stage of your training support the next.

Most people don’t need more exercises. They need a structured plan.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much is remote boxing coaching?

Full Remote Coaching is $310 per month.

Can I do remote coaching if I’m a beginner?

Yes. You don’t need previous boxing experience. We can start with the foundation and progress step by step based on your development.

How can you correct my boxing if we’re not in the same gym?

You record the parts of your training I need to see and send me the footage. I review your movement and technique and give you specific corrections based on what you’re actually doing.

What are you looking for when you review my videos?

It depends on what we’re working on. I may be looking at your stance, balance, weight shift, hip rotation, shoulder and torso rotation, arm delivery, coordination, strength work, or how well you’re applying a previous correction.

Is remote coaching personalized?

Yes. Full Remote Coaching includes individualized programming, video feedback, technical corrections, and adjustments based on your development.

Do I need a boxing gym?

You need enough space and access to the equipment required for your current training. The exact setup depends on your program and where you are in the progression.

Do beginners start with explosive training?

No. Explosive training is farther down the progression. Technique and the appropriate strength foundation come first. Depending on the individual, serious explosive work can come around a year into the progression.

What’s the difference between the free Blueprint and Remote Coaching?

The Fighter’s Foundation Blueprint gives you the first 4–6 weeks of the foundation and introduces you to how I teach.

Full Remote Coaching is individualized. I review your training, give you feedback and corrections, adjust your programming, and guide your progression.
