You Don’t Need Boxing Experience to Start

If you’ve never boxed before, that’s completely fine.

You don’t need to already be in shape. You don’t need to know how to throw a punch. And you’re not expected to walk into the gym knowing what you’re doing.

That’s what coaching is for.

I teach boxing from the ground up so you understand not only what to do, but how your body is supposed to move. You’ll learn proper stance, movement, punching mechanics, defense, balance, and coordination before we worry about making things faster or harder.

This Isn’t Random Fitness Boxing

Anyone can make you tired. My job is to make you better. Most people don’t need more exercises — they need a structured plan.

Technique → General Strength → Specialized Strength → Explosive Training → Conditioning

Each stage supports the next. Instead of collecting random drills, you build a foundation everything else develops from.

What You’ll Learn

  • Proper boxing stance and movement
  • How to throw punches with correct mechanics
  • How to generate power without relying only on your arms
  • Defense, balance, coordination, and footwork
  • Strength that actually transfers to boxing
  • Speed, explosiveness, and conditioning
  • How to train with structure instead of guessing

Over time, you’re not just getting a workout. You’re developing an actual skill while becoming stronger, fitter, and more athletic.

Why My Training Is Different

Boxing strength and technique training

I didn’t guess my way into this system. My approach combines real boxing experience, biomechanics, strength development, and proven training principles.

Your strength training should support your boxing instead of competing with it. Your explosive work should build on strength instead of replacing it. Power is built through structure, not random drills.
